(PK- Grade 11) Photography Questions
Customer Service for ADVISORS/ADMINISTRATORS
1. Who do I call to confirm my dates/schedule?
Answer: Call our toll-free number and dial "1" which will put you
directly into the scheduling office or email scheduling@davisstudio.com.
2. Can I request certain photographers?
Answer: Most definitely - we will try our best to accommodate any
special requests.
3. How many photographers will I need?
Answer: Each school grade requires a different amount of time per
student. For your specific school, please call our scheduling office and
they will be happy to assist you.
4. I did not receive any picture day materials - who do I call?
Answer: Picture day materials are always sent in advance. If you
notice that your picture day is only several days away and you have not
received anything, please call our office immediately. Ask for the scheduling
office.
5. I need the camera cards/portrait packages sorted in a special order
- what do I do?
Answer: Davis Studio can sort any way you want; as long as we are
provided this information in the ASCII file prior to the photography shoot.
Customer Service for PARENTS
Picture Day Questions:
1.When is picture day?
Answer: Refer to the Davis Studio flyer sent home or call our toll-free
number; we cannot tell you the exact time of day - that is up to the school
to schedule.
2. What if my child forgets his/her money?
Answer: Call our toll-free number within 24 hours of the picture
day to place the order by credit card.
3. Can I order just an add-on?
Answer: No. Add-on prices only apply to those customers ordering
a package. If you would like to order just an add-on, please use the Create
Your Own price.
Portrait
Package Questions:
1. When will the pictures arrive?
Answer: Between 4-6 weeks after picture day.
2. What if I want to reorder?
Answer: Refer to our reorder sheet inside your portrait package
envelope.
If you do not have access to this sheet, then call our toll-free number.
3. What do I do if my portrait order is not correct?
Answer: Refer to the enclosed reorder sheet to see what you ordered.
If the contents do not match the order, please call our toll-free number
and we will be glad to assist you.
4. What if I did not get my pictures?
Answer: Call our toll-free number and dial "2" for customer
service.
